I am currently working towards my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with Pupil Personnel Services Credential and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Licensure, at the University of San Francisco. I am a graduate of Claremont McKenna College, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and studied abroad for a semester at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. After college, I worked as an AmeriCorps member for the Youth Policy Institute in Los Angeles. After my year of service, I continued with the Youth Policy Institute as a High School, College and Career Advisor Los Angeles. The students I met in this role inspired me more than I had ever expected, solidifying my values and expanding my worldview, while affirming my career trajectory. It is my goal to work as a School Counselor, specifically for underserved populations, such as low-income and first generation students.
